Founder’s Story

Hi! I’m Ciera Nickel -

A public relations, experiential marketing, and events professional with over a decade of experience in New York City. I built my foundation in the luxury hospitality industry through brand storytelling and high-touch media experiences — from large-scale brand activations and multi-day events, to intimate media dinners and executive meetings. Most recently, I planned and produced 50+ events at a Michelin Key award-winning hotel in downtown Manhattan, celebrating everything from last-minute weddings to long-planned receptions for Fortune 500 companies.

I’m a California girl at heart, but living in New York shaped my approach to everything — how can it not? Exposure to some of the most ambitious and design-forward experiences in the world instilled both a high standard and a deep understanding of what makes an event not just visually impressive, but emotionally memorable. I know that the most successful events are not only well-executed and experiential, but intentionally designed. Where every detail, from flow, to guest interactions, to toasts at just the right moment, contribute to a cohesive and exciting experience.

With a professional foundation that bridges hospitality, event production, public relations, budget management (and so much more), I bring a unique perspective to my work, approaching each event with operational precision and a you-mindset. This ensures that every gathering feels aligned, on-brand, and impactful, whether the goal is to celebrate, connect, or communicate something larger.
